•  Unless agreed upon otherwise, 50% of the total price down will get the project rolling, with the balance due prior to shipping.
• If an item is not in stock,  by all means feel free to place the order and I’ll get it queued up. 
  
• Time to completion can vary, depending upon inventory status, customisations, etc but on average, if supplies are on hand, it’s around 2 weeks. 

•  Shipping is included in the listed price to all 48 contiguous states. AK and HI, as well as all other countries are on a as-quoted basis. 
• Refunds/Exchanges- If you wish to return an item, or the item is deemed DOA, please contact me so we can discuss the specific situation. 
• Warranty- As stated elsewhere, the following is my general guideline for any item breakdown/failure:
  “I strive to craft these shields to be pleasing to the eye, and able to be utilized as weapons of (simulated)war, though they are not made of metal, and as such, the amount of ‘wear and tear’ your shield will endure, will certainly vary from person to person, and use to use.”
